Using our dehydrated summer fruits – CD as a starting point, we have developed a full range of rehydrated ready-to-use products, suitable for purposes that require softer ingredients.

Our partially rehydrated Apricots, Peaches, Willams Pears and Plums – are transformed through a process that requires the addition of dextrose as anti-clumping agent: for this reason they are catalogued with NMD2 code (Normal Moisture + Dextrose).
