Our Dehydrated Apples are processed starting from Italian apples only, which are transformed to obtain Low Moisture ingredients (hence the code LM).
All our products derive from Air Drying process.
Apple – thanks to its particular internal structure – fits this process at best, keeping its features and nutritional properties almost unaltered.
Available in a variety of cut-sizes and options, these products are suitable for many applications such as breakfast cereals, biscuits, bars etc.
