Dehydrated fruit mixes

Our dehydrated fruit mixes are designed and conceived especially for modern bakeries. Along with other products this VE.BA ingredient is characterised by its high quality and easy usage.

Our baking mixes are obtained starting from dehydrated fruit LM (Low Moisture) or CD (Controlled Dehydration). The result is a product with fruit content 50% (minimum), while the remaining 50% consists of dried thickening agents (starches, sugar, pectin etc.) provided in pre-dispensed bags. It’s possible to produce these mixes with each of the fruits available in our range: Apples, Peaches, Plums, Williams Pears, Apricots.


Using our mixes is more than easy: just add water – following provided instructions – to obtain full rehydration of the mixture. It can be used for cakes filling and other pastry products, with practically no waste. No pre-treatments are required.
