NM means “Normal Moisture” - this definition is applicable to products partially rehydrated, with different moisture levels.

D2 means Dextrose (used as an anti-caking agent)

Characteristics

• 100 % fruit
• soft, chewy texture, which is retained after cooking
• variable moisture content according to customer’s request (from 10% to 20 %)
• suitable for frozen products
