Summer is dedicated to the processing of apricots, peaches and plums which need to be processed within
3-4 weeks after being harvested.
Williams Pears can be stored for a longer period.
Apple is the only fruit that can be harvested in autumn and stored until spring in refrigerated cells.
We have at our disposal approx. 4.000 tons
storage- capacity for fresh fruit.

UPSTREAM TRACEABILITY and FRUIT PROCESSING CHAIN
The fresh fruit that we process comes from the orchards of the members of our Cooperative. We can therefore assure full traceability of all our processed products.

Each carton of product is marked with a bar code, which enable us to trace it back to the farmer who brought the raw material to the factory. |
The regular checks on the field and the assistance given to
our Cooperative members by our agronomists during the agricultural process ensure that our fresh fruit is of the highest quality.
